Built in the 1930s, the house was used for residential purposes until 2016. In that year, the owners, going against the real estate trend, decided to renovate the property with the following objectives:

 

• To maintain, as much as possible, the original spaces, materials, and layout of the house.

• Within the aforementioned limits, incorporate comfort and modern features into the property.

• Preserve the original green area within an updated landscape design.

 

After a year and a half of renovations, the initial goals were achieved and the space is now available for rent.
