SCP124 offers different space usage formats, catering to everyone from freelancers to teams that require dedicated infrastructure.
Private Rooms
Individual and private spaces, ideal for consultations, consulting rooms, or personal offices. Monthly, semi-annual, or annual contracts are available, with more advantageous commercial conditions for longer periods. Semi-annual and annual contracts include a security deposit, used to pay specific installments throughout the contract, with proportional refund in case of early termination.
Coworking Space
Access to a shared workspace, with exclusive use of a kitchenette, meeting room, and private restroom during business hours. Designed for those seeking flexibility without sacrificing complete infrastructure.
Meeting Rooms
Two meeting rooms in the main building, which can be used separately or combined for larger events and meetings. Available for individual rental, for a specific period, with the option of a coffee break.
Customized Rooms
Spaces adapted for specific service needs (such as psychology offices), while maintaining the same comfort and amenities as the rest of the house.
General Conditions
All plans include internet, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, water, and access to the common kitchen. Consumables, drinks, and parking are not included, although there is an agreement with a nearby parking lot. Payments are always due (at the beginning of each month), and SCP124 is open to accommodating special needs upon request.
